Jade entered the counseling realm with a medical background, having worked in a hospital setting and briefly in the banking sector. She is certified in BLS and has undergone training in crisis intervention. 

Jade dedicated two years pursuing a nursing degree before realizing it wasn't her true calling. Her personal experiences have instilled in her a deep compassion, making her relatable to others navigating life's tumultuous waves and storms.

Outside her professional life, Jade is a bustling mother to three children: Devin, Caden, and Cambree. Her life outside of work is always on the go, a pace she wouldn't change for the world.
